This cookbook is available online for free at the Internet Archive, or it can sometimes be found in print on Amazon, ThriftBooks, etc.
I enjoy cookbooks like this and have collected several now - not just because the recipes are good (and usually frugal), but because of the interesting bits of history and perspectives on individuals' lives.
